  • Swimwear Requirements

    Appropriate swimwear should be worn, with the exception of the sauna area.

  • Pool Supervision

    There is no continuous supervision in the swimming pool area.

  • Age Restrictions for Spa Use

    Guests who are under the age of 18 may not use the Nagomi Spa Treatments’ facilities.

  • Pregnancy Massage Policy

    Due to health reasons, a massage is not possible in the first three months of pregnancy.

  • Cancellation Policy

    We require a 24-hour cancellation notice in order to prepare accordingly. In the event of late cancellation or a no-show, we will have to charge you for the cost of the treatment.
