THE ART OF CELEBRATION

6-course Moët & chandon Grand Vintage Dinner by Tsukasa Hagimori of Yamazato

In the enchanting final month of the year, Moët & Chandon proudly presents an exclusive culinary highlight: the 6-course Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage dinner at the Michelin-starred Yamazato Restaurant in Hotel Okura Amsterdam.

This unique 6-course dinner, crafted by Chef de Cuisine Tsukasa Hagimori, blends sophistication and elegance. He was inspired by his recent six-month stay at Yamazato Tokyo, the birthplace of the Yamazato restaurants. Combining traditional kaiseki cuisine with modern techniques, he creates a dining experience unlike any other. Each dish, from delicate sashimi to flavourful sukiyaki, captures the essence of Japanese cuisine and is presented as a work of art.

The dishes are paired with the exceptional Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage cuvées, each carefully selected from different years to enhance the flavours of the dishes and surprise the palate. For example, a delicate crab dish harmoniously paired with the refreshing and complex aromas of a Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Champagne – a combination that excites both the senses and the taste buds. Begin the evening with a glass of refined Moët & Chandon Réserve Impérial, setting the tone for a remarkable wine experience, and continue with three exceptional vintages (2006, 2009, 2016).

This extraordinary dinner is a perfect opportunity to savour exquisite culinary creations alongside unique champagnes. In the elegant setting of Yamazato, guests are taken on a gastronomic journey where refinement and timeless elegance take centre stage. Availability for this unique experience is limited.
