The special culinary experience allows you to spend three nights in a comfortable room with a breathtaking view over Amsterdam. The evenings of the culinary experience are entirely devoted to our culinary traditions. We look forward to welcoming you in one of our acclaimed restaurants, with three Michelin stars held between them. At Yamazato you will discover the authentic Japanese kaiseki cuisine, with its strong dedication to the purity of traditional Japanese ingredients. At Teppanyaki Restaurant Sazanka, our skilled teppanyaki chefs prepare mouth-watering dishes right before your eyes, with Japanese precision. Next up, you will step into the exquisite and elegant Ciel Bleu Restaurant. This two-star restaurant with breathtaking views of Amsterdam and remarkable signature dishes is an experience you will never forget.

Terms & Conditions

The Culinary Experience is available from €3,476 per room per night, based on 2 persons and subject to availability. The rate includes 9% VAT and excludes city tax (not applicable for residents of Amsterdam). The Culinary Experience can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours before arrival. We will contact you about your preferred dinner time. This promotion may not be used in conjunction with other offers or negotiated rates.
